All orders that have status in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation shipped unless otherwise stated in the product details.


Orders placed Friday after 1 p.m. will be shipped the following Monday.

Then go to my orders and click on view order. If you do not have an account with us or have not received an email, please contact info@otiss.com with your order number, billing last name and email address and zip code.

We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Once delivered you can always return your order. If it is about an order that is custom made, it is not possible to return it.

All orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase returned for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition in which they were received (no damage, in original packaging). Items that at the time of purchase are marked as extra promo designated are not eligible for return, exchange. Items that are custom made are also not eligible for return or exchange.

In case you move, for example, we can store your ordered furniture free of charge for you in our warehouse. As soon as your new house or painting works are ready give us a call and we will deliver your ordered goods to you. If you have special wishes or the delivery should be faster, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery time varies by product, from a few days to several weeks. This is stated per product in the shop.

If despite proper packaging and care the product is damaged please report this to us directly via the contact section. Please state the order number in all cases.

Yes, there is always your legal factory warranty.

Otiss offers you several payment options, hassle-free and in complete security. We work with one of the largest online payment companies called Mollie. You will be redirected to their secure interface to complete the payment.

I have received a defective item, what should I do?

Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, which means that the product must be returned in its original packaging and, like the product itself, must be intact. Before each shipment, photos of the packages to be returned (large goods/furniture) must be submitted to Otiss for approval and the carrier's contact details must be sent to Otiss.

In principle, the customer arranges the return of his goods to our depots by the carrier of his choice, in accordance with our general terms and conditions. The customer must return the goods within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date on which he acquired his goods and communicated his withdrawal request.
